What to do if you can't make your lesson

Healing Hope Farm, LLC implements a cancellation/no show policy which requires notification 24 hours prior to lesson time. If notification is not given or is given less than 24 hours in advance, students will be charged the full fee for the missed lesson.

If a student is unable to attend their lesson and informs Healing Hope Farm with more than 24 hours advance notification, the student will have the opportunity to schedule a makeup lesson.

If the weather is not appropriate for riding, students will have the opportunity to participate in unmounted lessons on horsemanship skills, unmounted rider exercises, horse care and safety, and other equine related topics. If travel to the farm is unsafe due to the weather, we will notify you as soon as possible for lesson cancellation/rescheduling.
